Royal Richmond Archery Club has two shooting venues, an outdoor shooting venue for summer and an indoor shooting venue for winter. The map below shows both venues. More details about each venue, including some driving directions, are shown below.

Outdoor Shooting Venue (Summer)

Our field is situated on Richmond Cricket Club's ground, just off the Kew Road, Richmond. We can comfortably accommodate 100 yard rounds with plenty of overshoot. We have an equipment shed and a separate 'club house' with cooking facilities, fridge, microwave and barbecue. We can also use the cricket club's pavilion with its bar, hot food, toilets and meeting rooms. During the summer season, club nights are on Wednesday from 4.30pm until dark with Target Days on Sundays. Depending on the usage of the field, we sometimes have use of it on Friday's for extra practice.

Directions From the north
Head for Kew Bridge. Once over the bridge, the road forks at a set of lights. Take the right fork - Kew Road. You will see Kew Gardens on your right. Follow the road straight down. Just before the end of the wall is a zebra crossing. Just after the crossing, turn right through some double gates. You will see the club hut down on the left. You can park either side of the track.
There is more parking at the other end of the ground. Keep going down Kew Road. You will see the ground on your right. About 60 yards before the pedestrian crossing is a large double gate with stone gateposts. Turn right here. There is parking immediately inside the gate, alongside the road and round behind the pavilion.

Directions From the south
Head for Richmond. Follow signs for Kew. At Richmond Circus (a big roundabout) you want the A307 to Kew/Brentford. About 60 yards past the pedestrian crossing lights is a double gate with stone gateposts. Turn left here. You can park immediately inside the gates, down the side of the road and behind the pavilion. You then need to walk to the other side of the ground to the club hut.
There is closer parking although this tends to be a bit muddier. Go past the main entrance to the ground. Go round a bend and you will see a zebra crossing. Just before the crossing is a telephone box. Turn left here. You will see the club hut up on the left. You can park either side of the track.

Indoor Shooting Venue (Winter)

During the winter season, club nights are on Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm at the Richmond Tertiary College, off the A316 Chertsey Road.

Directions
The college is located on the A316 Chertsey Road. Just south of the Whitton Roundabout is a set of pedestrian lights. About 50 yards beyond these, turn left into Egerton Road. Turn almost immediately right into the college. Follow the road round and you will see the sports hall at the end of the road on the right. There is limited parking opposite the hall but if you continue down the road, just behind the hall, is a large car park.
